I was wondering if anyone can help me out on this one. Seems right for some of today's crowd but also seems a tad high priced in the books.???

There were loads of copies of this flying through eBay a couple of years ago, and at nowhere near 'book' price - about 20-30 quid as I recall.

They still are, most weeks there's a couple on there

30 tops tho many still try and leak out 60- 70s.  cracking tune

"Please Give Me A Chance" is just so very good.

well I paid £80 for a white demo about 3-4 years ago but deffo seen lots of issues!

There is quantity of this still around, a lot of them are label damaged from katrina. There is another rare aalon butler on KKC that's worth money. This is the same Aalon that went to LA and recorded as Aalon on Arista.

Kev-I'm not knocking the record I quite like both sides, but the Price guide I have from a couple of years ago has it marked up 1000% more than the £30 quoted. Hence the 'Disney' -Mickey Mouse-unreal reference. Could be a casual mis-print. Lol.

Glad theres a thread on this  had 2 over the last 2 years selling the better of the 2 hard to know whos price is right just not sure, remember singing this to pat b  about 1990 and he said its a hard one and very rare, seems some have turned up but just how many and for how long who knows plus when there gone there gone other track  Soul pt1 and 2 dead Funky wow

30 quid's about right, unless you manage to get the rare funk item "Gettin Soul" on the same label.
