Mr. Mark Dobson Aka Butch

So I have to admit I'm quite fascinated by this guy. How did he become the legend, how did he acquire such a huge collection and what keeps him going. Anybody here know him well ? I certainly don't expect no intimate facts or stuff like that - just a little bit more insight would be great. I take it he's not active here himself ?

    Coincidentally, we have been discussing revisiting old topics for the reason I gave above, and those members who have joined since could add their views / enjoy the reads.

    As said, great that you have done so, and great if others could also flag any interesting / entertaining old threads they come across whist browsing :wink:

    The whole thread on "Butch"was very entertaining,great piece of light-hearted fun,credit to everybody who participated..:thumbsup:.

    I will never forget finding Mac Staten and the Nomads and uncovering it when butch had it covered up as Bobby Angele. Glad i wasn't dj'ing then in case he jumped onto stage took it off the decks and threw it across the stage.  Noooooooooo lol
