Its Album only lads, same backing obviously as "People wake up" the lyrics are different, "Give yourself a chance" is on the "Bodyheat" album

Chalky, the version posted by Billb is a different version to the 45 with "give me some skin on" the flip.

That version is from the "Muthas Nature" LP.
