It was very popular down the Wheel in the mid-sixties and upwards, probably one of those nighter sounds that because of its association with all-nighters carried on through to Wigan.

Seem to remember him playing the Tams "Hey Girl....." 'bout the same time and not getting that one either. Before anyone starts I'm sure they're great records just don't float my boat thats all Cheers Paco I think he was actually playing Silly Little Girl by The Tams which sounds very much like Hey Girl Don't Bother Me (well I have him on a Casino tape playing that one). As for It Keeps Raining...do me a favour, it's horrible and I can't see any reason why it would have or should be played either.

Broadmoor?), can't remember the title Hi Pete, The HMV 45 is "If You Don't Know What Love Is", released on HMV in 1964. The Broadmoor single is "Work my Way Up Steady", released at the end of 1967.

Definately an old photo of David , going by his hair ! any idea when ? Good to see the lad again . I have a cracking photo of him & me at Cleethorpes in 1978 : I will attempt to put it on the site .
