ROOSEVELT CASH Roosevelt "Ted" Cash, 66, of Las Vegas, of Las Vegas, passed away Jan. 1, 2009. He was born Nov. 5, 1942, in Minter City, Miss. Ted traveled the USA at the young age of six with his parents and grandmother, singing gospel music. A Vietnam War veteran, Sergeant Ted Cash spent seven years in the U.S. Marine Corps, accorded Top-Secret Security Clearance, and was awarded the Bronze Star and other medals. Ted's love of God and America inspired his pursuit to perform, write and compose music, with eight published CD's. His album "Big Boss Man Sings the Blues" was nominated at the Nashville Music Awards for "Rhythm & Blues Album of the Year." His CD's enjoy Top-40 status in 10 countries. Ted and Aneita moved to Las Vegas in 1999, where Ted had tremendous success performing in major showrooms up and down the Las Vegas Strip.
