Hi all, anybody know if this has been reissued or bootlegged?

i found a 12 inch red label copy of this track the other day, can’t make my mind up about it...

discogs, that bastion of pricing rare soul 45s, offers one copy at over a grand.... don’t believe discog pricing as most of it is just made up, but if my red 12 is orig, what’s it worth...

Hi mal not booted or reissued as far as I know either. But you can never be 100% sure without the help of the guy's on here these days. Seen some highly unlikely stuff booted over resent years. But it looks legit to me 

My 12" copy is deffo orig and it's yellow, never seen red

I don't think this is a red label. It might look like red because of the light, but i'm pretty sure it's yellow.

Ok well that’s interesting, I don’t have a scanner any longer, but mine is deffo red, not yellow🤫...

got to be worth two grand then...lol

shop I bought it from had no idea...

Never seen the red one. Only yellow and the test press that I have which came via Dave Withers from Maxx Kidd a good few years ago. I can look at the run out groove info if needed when I get home.

There's one for sale (yellow) on Discogs as you said for a £1000 but average price is £116, a red copy is unusual but £2000 would be fantasy land me thinks  but with Al Johnson all over it, who knows.....good luck
