I believe these were pressed for John Anderson originally but is has been Booted with same label

Unfortunately, it looks like the boot. As well as the runout, the label is a paler shade of yellow and the text font is bolder. You can find both on Discogs to compare and a quick Google search of Milton Wright Satiron will bring up a previous Soul Source discussion on this topic. Sorry.

The type has clearly been set using modern publishing software. Catalogue number and matrix number are centred on the right hand side of the label. On the original which would have been set using pre-computer compositing that same alignment is not simply centred. 

This looks like a carver with homemade labels.
