Been played in this here parts since the late 70's - dirty, sleazy and oozing sex appeal....but enough of Taff and me, the records great!

Blimey, I remember shaking my thang to that at West Hampstead.........what a great tune. But then again so was TELL ME WHAT YOU GONNA DO........Mr Brown at his craziest best  Jo

Not quite sure what year this came out, 66/67?, but it was played in London clubs at the time, I am sure I heard it at Bluesville, Manor House, played by Mike Raven I think.

I was a big JB fan at the time, we went to see him on his first visit early show, and went back to the next show we enjoyed it so much. But after this track he started on the funky path (if my memory isn't failing me again) and the rest is history.

Quite surprised some of his earlier tracks haven't been played at R&B nights.

wendy been played in Dublin by me at SN & the ole dice bar and modern green bar

see ya friday (its in da box)

thanks danny! i cant believe i didnt notice when you played it before. shame on me :(

I used to play Bring it Up at Goodfoot. i can't say it filled the floor but I like it. Of course now I'm playing Santa Claus go straight to the Ghetto Huh!

"Money Won't Change You" shares the same backing as "Sexy, Sexy, Sexy" which was featured in one of his many Blaxploitation soundtracks....

Lazy b*stard!

WOOF!

Just in case on one's seen it, if you have cable or sattelite, there's a great JB biography shown every now & then on the Biography channel.
