That's a fantastic photograph. Taken on one of the nights when the camera's were in. It looks like a professional photographer took that.

Not sure if that was a Francesco Mellina image as used in his book or from one of the tabloids when they were all over the Wigan scene

Actually thinking about it, it would have been the Sun or the Mirror as Francesco's book focussed on and was titled the "Last night of Wigan Casino"

I'm sure it was featured in a earlier topic , taken at a midweek session at the Casino , maybe a Wednesday night promotion , not at an all nighter , lots of youths standing and watching the dancers , probably a local newspaper feature.

Don’t quote me, but I do think I remember this from the Mirrorpix archive, they rep it from one of the old trinity mirror local paper’s archive. I’ll Check but I remember this frame and others being available.

** yep you can get this via Getty, Mirrorpix have a deal with them

They (Getty) have so much these days, I did work for Redferns in 97/98 when David was still alive, interesting guy.  The whole Redfern archive is also now with getty, they have tons of Casino pics

Thank you to Everyone for your help

On the above Photo , I did a bit more research and yes the Photo was from the Manchester Evening News  unfortunately it doesn't give a name of the Dancer .
