 I use Trip advisor or Google when planning a trip. Both give an insight to what is available. Useful however take an open view on feedback regarding restaurants.

what area?
on mainstream 'things to do' the sky garden is free but you do have to book in advance, as you know your dates it might be worth a look, was a good visit a few years ago

Obvious recommendation is the 100 Club niter on the 26th April , but you didn't state which week so this might not apply.

Ravioli Ballroom for northern soul, fantastic old dance hall, worth a visit.

head to Blackfriars (tube stn) it’s over the river Thames - Tate museum next door - grab a coffee and look out over St Pauls views of London - walk right along the Thames see the bouncy walk bridge - past Shakespeare globe - up to the Golden Hind into Borough Market food market / pubs / Shard - see London Bridge  - keep walking right hand side till you get to Tower Bridge Witherspoons on the corner recommend scampi and chips - walk over tower bridge to the Tower of London

Green park tube - afternoon Tea at the Ritz (might have to book) through the park to Buckingham Palace - up the Mall or through the park - to Nelson Column - cross the square diagonal to Covent Garden stop off at the Savoy on the way American Bar in through the front door turn left - 👍🏻

Have a sling over ur shoulder bag so you’re hands are free / nothing in ur pockets sticking out - don’t wear expensive jewellery or chains   Watch ur phone 

if ur able ride bikes everywhere / speed limit in most areas now 20 mph 🤔

Depends where you are in London. If you are central there are hundreds of decent / good restaurants to choose from. Best check out Tripadvisor as previously recommended. It will give you some idea on price also.

For what to do check out sites like https://londonist.com or https://www.timeout.com/london to get some ideas.
