Burslem Town Centre.

At main traffic lights (crossroads) turn left onto A50 (Wedgwood Street)

Why can't Richard Searling be there?.

This man is responsible for me wanting every godamn track he played on radio hallam in the early 80's, surely he would not turn down the chance of playing with a line up like this (and one that he would fit in quite easily with).

Hope RIchard sees sense and gives the punters what they want.........

Listened to Richard's radio show in the pub having Sunday Lunch today-really enjoyed it. Hope he does the Stafford revival..maybe we should get confirmation from the organ grinder himself before we give up on him doing it

i wouldnt worry about it

richard only did the 1st 12 - 15 months of the totw in the 80 s whe it was monthly

when it went every two weeks and 60's mafia kicked in

despite being one the greatest djs of all time ,,you cant let it spoil what will be a corker

the other guys will do a great job im sure

We should have news of a replacement when Dave Thorley returns from France at the weekend and the only question mark at present is if Keb will be in the country, which is clearly stated on all adverts and flyers.

Whats the problem they have had well attended Wigan Anniversaries in Stoke, Blacburn and Manchester that have been well attended.

There's no venue we know of in Stafford suitable for this event, that would allow an allnighter...though some-one will obviously tell me different now.

Stoke is therefore the nearest location in Staffordshire, and Queens Hall, Burslem is an ideal venue.

I hope that Richard can still make it, But the event is about the spirit and greatness of Stafford and will most certainly be well supported. A big name Stafford DJ is currently as we speak being approached to fill the gap if neccessary if due to work commitments Richard can't make it.
