I remember some of it.....

I think there where a couple of patches or even a t-shirt with this on? It was deffo when the Pepsi add was on the cinema, it started with a glass of ice then the Pepsi pouring over with the backing chant....... Lip smacking thirst quenching ace tasting. Motivating good buzzing cool talking high walking fast living ever giving cool fizzing ... Pepsi.

The northernsoul chant went some thing like....

Hand shaking friend making hand clapping record spinning cool dancing record collecting northernsoul?

On the lass's T-shirt from the cover of the Charky LP 'Rare Soul Uncovered Vol. 2'?

yeah thats the one, tried reading the tee shirt but went a bit boss eyed...must loosen my grip :D

Weired how the font changes..

Talking of Pepsi advertising - I've got a 45 by the Pepsi-tones which is a US Pepsi advertising record. The flip is a Van McCoy written tune - not a half bad northern record !

Best

Is that keep on walking? Nice track - does it mention Pepsi? and a pic sleeve too!

At Stoke on Saturday someone was selling mugs with this on - may be worth keeping the eyes open out and about

The guy selling the mugs/badges etc at Stoke was Anton from London, he travels up to the Midlands/North West quite often, keep a lookout for him, he's always at the record bar.

The Supremes did a series of Coca Cola Adverts for radio in the 6t's that I've got somewhere on vinyl, interesting but not enough to get me to dig the LP out tongue.gif
