I remember buying this as a new (old) release Loved it, though ive never heard it played out anywhere? Are there any other versions of this in the vaults, surely such a good tune would have 'done the rounds' at Motown and possibly other labels?

Fantastic 60s Northern! Played it out a few times over the past 6 months at a few soul nights. I sold a Modern white demo for about £100 on ebay recently I have a Minty Stateside demo which I will never part with cheers Paul

Brenda Holloway also did a great version, but for me Tammi's is the best version

One of the first labels I collected was Loma, some quality 45s were released, many tracks that still do it for me. Also Mercury & Blue rock, lots of great cheapies that can still be picked up for a couple of quid
