  1. Do you need the other side too?
  2. Ted Cash A: Jes Sum-un To Say B: Same Etus 11516 £100 on a well known dealer's site, but no sound clip. He's a member so maybe he could post a sound clip up?

George Smith I think would be '68 at the earliest. Bennie Benjamin set up his own music publishing company in 1968 and renewed his copyright of songs written earlier.

No don't tell me, I can picture her now, in her youth; big Helga of a girl, blackheads, grimacing face - Natalie Imbruglia?

Is it the Humphrey Littleton Band, without Humphrey?

It's either Judy Street's grand dad or Paul Anka's brother Wayne
  7. This one has a purple label
  8. I haven't seen it for well over 20 years now, but I do remember it was on styrene and the plain white label was very glossy. It must have been a RCA copy as I remember it was about half a minutes shorter than the UK copy I got.
  9. Perhaps the problem with recent release stuff is that you would be limited as to how much of the track you could post up without getting into copyright, file sharing issues, etc? Coupled with the fact that a lot of tracks and their remixes seem to be 10 minutes long with a five minute intro, a thread of soulful house tracks would all be the same 30-60 seconds of identical drum beats!

  11. I bought Adam's copy off him, I think he got it from Pat Brady. It was a test press with plain white labels and 'Gypsy' written on it in blue biro. I let it go when I picked up a UK demo copy which is a little bit longer than the US press; I've never seen a UK issue though.
  12. "Ain't That Sharp". Played by Poke as the Notables - Midnight Serenade
  13. Legit UK re-release as far as I know. I don't think the 12"'s ever got further than the white label, but the 7"'s did have a proper label, black with red flames
  14. Trammps - Scruboard Alfie Kahn - Law of the land Gang Band - TSOB ( - Night Time Shadows) Young Devines - Aint that sharp = (Notables - Midnight Serenade) James Bynum - Love Music
  15. When I was a lad, I was advised by my best mate (who's parents where about 35!) not to talk to any of the old folk, Â 25+, as they would be the 'squad'Â

Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine from 1965, theme song sung by The Supremes. I don't think it ever came out, but there's a version by the Beas on Dee Gee (other side to'where do I go from you')

  18. Yes. I'll try to find a scan of the record and post up.

Did you intend to release more tracks? I remember Guy playing some other Detroit sounding instrumental such as 'The Michigan Move', but they might have been played of his own acetates, original studio copies of EMI's off studio tapes, I don't know.
  20. A few years ago there were a load of white label copies on ebay that played at 33rmp, but I seem to think they where 10" pressings.
  21. Orpheus on MGM Rose Colored Glasses on Bang
