  1. Surprised that Al Hughes on Scope is still there Phil Great and very rare record - and still under the radar to most. Plus, it's crunching Detroit on a beautiful looking label. That is a good price IMO mate Cheers Richard
  2. There are different pressing of this one. Don't think it has been booted (although I do recall previously hearing rumours of this). Certainly nothing in Manship's bootleg guide about it. There is an ATCO distributed version, which is referenced on the label, and also a local Detroit version without the ATCO mention and referencing 'An Empire Production'. Cheers Richard
  3. I choose the progressive scene I do not want to be part of the nostalgia scene. Richard

  14. The old Sandpiper club in the Nottingham lace market for me was the Damned - plus loads at that place at the time - S & Banshees, Stiff Little Fingers, Dickies (US), and the Ruts were especially good live Missed the pistols there under a pseudonym but hey!
  15. The Damned in their early phase - pre TOTP - were great - and great live too Good to see Ace releasing more of this kind of stuff. Cheers Richard
  16. OK - I'm up to track 10 - The Pied Piper Players "That's What Love Is" - what an absolutely awesome track - it's got me tingling with gosebumps - brilliant That Rose Batiste is also sooooo good! Cheers Richard
