  1. Seen it listed in the past... I'd pitch it somewhere between the Ninandy and Bo Ro issue prices - assuming sound quality is good.
  2. Price on this has been steadily falling since demand has been met. Just cause half a dozen numptys have bid in excess on a ton for it, doesn't make it a rare record. Last one I picked up was in VG(+) condition for $77Aus - which is about £35
  3. I used to go to 2is and the Saturday afternoon sessions at Dingwalls. Remember hunting round Camden market for WWII pilots jackets, Big E Levis and Hawaiian shirts. Also used to go to a club in Camden at the Irish centre...
  4. Next time I see you, that 'one foot' will be up yer arse.
  5. Isn't Lou Ragland expensive because of the flip? I've got a strange feeling that the U.S. copies are same sided demos.... or maybe I'm confused with another 70s record that got a UK release. Indication - great record but surely no more than £50?
  6. Well I'm 17 stone and I play it.
  7. You Got The Love is hardly 'Modern'
  8. "Wanting You" April Stevens is an old show tune, bloody awful record.
  9. Without having it in your hands its pretty difficult. Original U.S. albums from the 60s and early 70s had thicker card covers with 'slicks' (the top layer of the cover pasted on) - modern repros tend to have thinner more flexible sleeves.
  10. I love the "La Reine La Mar" track with the same backing...
  11. bit late to be psoting for a record for Saturday... Got a mint one sat here for £50, but not sure whether you'd get it in time
  12. If you get the 1970s Phillips issue, you get the bonus of her great version of "Bring Him Back"
  13. Always had a soft spot for Lulu's "Leave A Little Love"
  14. looks ok to me - should have a stamp in the run-out though
  15. None of em 'floated my boat' - sorry. Thanks for sticking em up though.
  16. calm down poof pants.

Saw a multi-coloured demo of this recently for around the £350 mark... Might have been Soul Galore that had it... Try info@soulgalore.co.uk
  18. Still available... £30 including postage.
  19. The Union club had a no smoking policy for a while - i think it was the fact that the management were a little zealous in sticking to the policy - checking the ladies for crafty puffers - that made Mick H change venues? I'm sure Chalky will be able to confirm this.
  20. .....Well put?

Bang out of order. Whatever happened to etiquette?
  22. Is the a-side of this "Bobby Sands" 45 called Dirty Protest?
  23. Apologies to Kev. This is actually taken from the LP as a dub.

got one in my sales box for around £20 Never seen a copy of the 'cheaper' version, only ever turned up copies of the 'rarer' one. Could this be another urban myth?
  25. I think mine was £30 off Mr Kenny.... twas a few years ago though
