My opinion is it's bloody terrible, sounds like the flipping osmonds if you like it then fair do's, that's entirely up to you
  2. 10 days left to go too! £289 so far for a broken record Cheatin kind
  3. It was relisted and sold for £45
  4. This is a Taiwanese Motown LP from 1969/70. The sleeve is actually thin paper with a plastic inner and outer bag rather than being laminated, terribly printed as well. How this ended up in a car boot in north wales I do not know!!?

  6. This has been pipeline for nearly three years - the publisher keeps putting the release date back, let's hope it comes out this time as promised - it looks like a cracking read!!
  7. If your splashing out that sort of cash you do your research surely?? I know the seller states it's a bootleg (after being prompted) but you would hope the buyer would be able to get a refund via PayPal as it is technically an illegal copy, unless they are aware and simply don't care!! As someone else has stated this seller does this time and time again, playing stupid claiming they don't know what they have - even with someone telling the seller it's a boot and him updating the listing it still goes for crazy money
  8. Legit I think, boot is on hi rich label
  9. Not how it works, g***8 put a max bid of £520 the bids shown are not theirs but other people bidding it up and showing that g***8 is still winning

If the seller is listing 45s on someone else's behalf isn't it more likely the owners of the 45 are bidding them up?

Just gone through the 20 highest priced completed items and they have bid on four of them and not won one. One was the free jazz lp and the other three soul/funk. Obviously has deep pockets and eclectic taste! Think I need to get out more!!

I think if you have zero feedback you can only bid on three items at any one time. That said, if the item ends and they didn't win it or if they get outbid they could carry on bidding on other items. Could be completely innocent, bidder new to ebay? I wouldn't imagine such a high profile eBay seller would take the risk. I know on a lot of reggae listings there are 'far right/white supremacist types who try to scupper sales by bidding ridiculous amounts and not paying. They need to get out more IMO
  16. Can't seem to find a YouTube clip but: "Why did you take your love from me" off the "I can't stand myself" LP is a firm fave of mine

  19. Sounds like something that would come out on the record kicks / freestyle label or one if those nu funk/soul labels?
