  4. Cleveland Eaton - Quazar one -This was only on acetate and their were only 2 copies of which Richard had one of them and still has it today I think! Just a mind blowing instrumental!
  5. Is the 78 a US release on 78 or a Uk release and is it made from vinyl or Shellack?

The Blackpool Casino one - goes for £40-£50
  11. I had a too late - Larry Williams & Johnny watson in the 70s on Canadian Epic and everyone and his dog wanted it becase it was so unusual compared to the Ok copies and was vinyl. Think I sold it to Richard S in Jan 1980 for £12 or £15. Unusual one I picked up recently was Sharpees- Tired of being lonley on Quality
  12. I think Helena Fersgusons -My terms -is exactly the same. Boxed issue and scroll demo and thats even earlier 1967
  13. I stand corrected - Wow blue issue mispelt!
  14. I dont understand what you mean when you say they are 2nd issues. On that basis every record released anywhere else except the USA saving for (Uk only or only released in country of origin) are 2nd issues! NAH dont accept it! I may be wrong but Helena Ferguson - My terms was released in April 1967 on London in Uk but was released in US on Compass in May 1967 - Does that make the US issue a second issue?
  15. Sandelles - Wow this is listed at £200- £300 in someones price guide -bargain! More Early Girl soul than RnB but a great tune at an amazing price!
  16. Think you need to look at the label again - Its Jimmy Castor - Great record but the lyrics are interesting. I assume this record is late 60s but has the lyric "You can even use my credit card" in it. Were credit cards in use in US at this time?
  17. Their are procedures in place through courts (Small claims) where when the judgement is made -an order against any income is arrested from a PAYE source. So unless they want to work for the rest of their lives on back handers they dont have a lot of room to manouvre. I have esperience of this myself when a former tennant did a runner owing me £800 in rent and £1500 in damage to the property. I had an order on him for wages arrestment from a PAYE source- Meaning soon as he started working for a normal route wage - It was arrested- Got some money back then he moved abroad!
  18. Ollie jackson - £25 Dramatics - £80

  25. I dont understand his rant that the original ones were boots! and it was never released Yes it was in Europe on EMI so why is he not suing them if it was never released. I think the gentleman has selective memory - However I may be wrong and he didnt know it was released in Europe- Once had a conversation with Bo Donaldson and he didnt know -Girl dont make me wait- was released in UK. I like the record but is is pop! Did they not also release another one in Europe or an LP or something or have I got selective memory (Senile dementia) Having now read the other thread yes he did know it was released in Europe- Im confused!
