The one on discogs looks mint....a good buy I reckon at that price....

There one of these on Discogs at present, the guy wants around £345 if I remember, which for a West Coast Wd is a really good price. The only boot of this is a green label Styrene thingy which shows the label design from the vinyl orig issue. I think this pressing came out in the 70's Probably will keep it for now........unless another big want comes over the horizon....

I have 21 mint promo's in this series and had forgot that I have a Chesterfiels but I hav'nt got Gorgeous George unfortunately....sorry old chap

Thats because ITS A VERY RARE WEST COAST W/DEMO like mine.....I am thinking of getting Manny to auction it. Aint it got sad that, and I am guilty of it too, that we have ALL become suspicious of all the F**King records that have been bootlegged or are being sold with scanned labels. Sadly if it didnt sell then someone missed a real rarity here.... I have had my copy for over 15 years from a very well respected dealer but have never seen a West Coast issue ? In reality I rate the copy I have in value at about £400 but dont know what the Ebay seller was hoping to get ? The east coast VINYL demo copies and green issues are all legit obviously. Hi there, the first obvious thing is that the original is machine stamped both sides in the dead wax with what looks like a small wiggly rectangle. On both sides the record number in the deadwax is at 9 o'clock to the machine stamped wiggly rectangle. The numbers in the deadwax - COULD IT BE side are 45-425A and SET MY HEART AT EASE side are 45-524B. The deadwax width on A side is approx 13mm, the deadwax width on the B side is approx 11mm. The outer edge of the vynil record on the run in is very slight rounded. I also recall there being a mention of a difference of the figure in the Karate outfit between the original and the boot ? All I have noticed looking at my original is that the face (eyes/nose/mouth) of the figure appears to be missing on the SET MY HEART AT EASE side but not on the COULD IT BE side.
