Got me thinking…biggest regret
Selling most of the big tunes in my collection (Total value achieved £4000) in 1980 to put a deposit on my first marital home...... 10 years later when I was getting back into collecting I worked out that the value of the records I let go would have bought the house I was living in outright twice over !!!!!! Should have kept my collection and taken out a 100% mortgage from the start instead

Emitt Long & Martels & more
Hi there one on Ebay at the moment.....good luck.
-
is it buyer beware again ebay listings george pepp etc
The Delights apparently seller has just sold 2 COPIES !!!!! I note one (the nearly mint copy) is definately the same as one that went thro recently, there is a white mark at the edge of the label which is in exactly the same position on the one supposedly for sale now. The Norma Jenkins being sold at the moment has identical marks on the label and a little fold at about 1 or 2 oclock on the edge to a copy that was sold recently..... So this latest seller is definately using other previous scans but isnt mentioning that...

Edwin starr time
Yes mine is a USA double 'Time' demo, i was glad because I nearly sold my issue copy and would have lost ownership of a copy with 'Running back and forth'. I have never seen a W/demo of 'Running' that would be nice - if it exists...

BOOTS PRESSINGS & REISSUES
Pretty sure The MANIFESTO you have for sale is a real one BUT just a vinyl press. The BOOT shows LEGEND in BLACK print. Obviously The green styrene 'Case of Tyme' is recognised as the true and most highly valued version to own but I am pretty sure the yellow copies of James Lewis + Case of Tyme with LEGEND in RED text is real all tho' This might have came out later.... Just to back up my comments about this, I have one like yours for sale BUT it is a DJ COPY and has this as part of the type face on the label like this one below which sold on ebay for nearly £100 The one below is the boot

EULA Cooper let our love grow higher
The BILLY PROPHET is a little tricky because it comes in 4 vinyl formats. Orange issue single sided, Orange issue with SAD SAM on b side, White demo single sided and White demo with SAD SAM on b side plus there are variants where the issue and demo has black and white vertical stripes, I think all the originals are VINYL unless there are real West Coast copies (I've never seen any). I have a vinyl White/black demo with SAD SAM on the b side which I think is the most desireable probably at the 750/800 price. The other variants would probably be worth a bit less. Glad I have all the records you are after above already.... I dont think I would want to have to pay these latest going rates. !!

Southbound Freeway
This has happened before as I remember commenting on the subject on here, dont remember the outcome last time. Do these idiots not bother to read all the info before they bid ? !!! I have a black issue of Southbound Freeway/Tony Galla....purchased at Prestatyn a few year ago for £100. Interested to find out recently that this mistake release came out EARLIER than the actual release of Tony Galla.

Syl Johnson Do You Know What Love Is
No boots as far as I know. White Demo's and RED issues better take with piano intro, YELLOW issues without piano intro I think not so desirable
