  1. I would say Dear Santa is before Dec 1967. Has anyone got a scan they can post, it is nothing like the Hope that LIAP b/w JITNOT is like or even the "first" release by Syng. Hope is plain block font across the top if memory serves me correctly.
  2. Hope 2052 Loneliness Is A Pleasure b/w Dear Santa. From 1965 and the label colour is red not orange.
  3. An attachment I posted long time ago from Echoes by Alan Senior.....
  4. FB is. Nightmare for them. You are usually in he same groups and they simply post their lists and links to all the groups they are members.
  5. Best of luck to the new team, hope you all enjoy it.
  6. Three is a few dealers who spam every group possible with sales/website links. Annoying when you see the same in half a dozen groups and more in some cases. I understand times are tough and a living has to be made but the spamming has he opposite effect IMO and I tend to ignore them.

Surprised it was n your sales for so long at hat time Sean. Around turn of century, early 00's it was quite indemand, Dome, Drunken Monkey etc. As said it has been around for years, since the late 80's at least.. I'm also with Nev, anything good in the record is spoilt by he annoying "chick chick".
  8. Dunno if mentioned but either LIAP or JITNOT by Syng McGowan was released with a different flip, Dear Santa I think off top of my head.
  9. As the title says event topic removed. Please stick to the event forum like everyone else.
  10. I thought it did vocally? Just a better mix?
  11. It says Inez Foxx on the acetate Kitch has.

If I was spending £2k on a record I wouldn't be worried about a few extra quid on postage. Besides why should any service that actually costs money be free further down the line? Is it because ou re both on Soul Source? Good luck with the sale.
  13. You can do a bank transfer world wide can't you, free? I did with Flynny in Japan. I wouldn't send anywhere without the required insurance nowadays too many seem to "get lost".
  14. Two topics on the same subject merged.
  15. John didn't get an RCA acetate though, just unreleased material. Presume this was done just prior to the grapevine press?
  16. That was first one Tony wasn't it. Sure somewhere in the 1st 1989 is mentioned.
  17. Anyone got a decent photo of Pete? On his own if possible?
  18. Andy Dyson had a copy for ages and it wouldn't sell. It wasn't until I put a soundfile with it on here that it finally went. Two great sides. Great minds and all that Marc
  19. Thought she'd lost her voice, well singing voice. She was terrible last time I heard her.
  20. Last one I saw was recently and was around 7 or 800 I think.
  21. Between I think 1989 and his death in 1993.
  22. He knew what the record was worth and how rare, I told him years ago. When he offerd me his "LAST" 6 copies at $2000 I told him I'd never shift them, I had my doubts then as to their authenticity. I wouldn't have felt comfortable trying to flog 6 copies at $2500 or whatever to try and make a bit. Those last 6 have sold quite a few times over.
  23. I remember Butch playing it a few times but it just never seemed to work or get accepted for some reason. A victim of it's own rarity. Love the record myself always have done. Had it on a tape from Franc since late 80's early 90's.
