  1. Forgot to add to my Pennington flash picture's by adding that it's only a 20min maybe 15 miles journey from home as opposed to the 1 hour / 60 mile journeys I normally make. So it's decided. Home patch for me. Looking forward to getting to know it properly. Steve

  4. I wasn't sure I also thought it was a female chaffinch but when ive looked in my books its looking like a female brambling with having the white belly but it hasn't got the dark head patches that the brambling has. Will have to go back and take more pictures Steve

  9. I sold my demo a few years back and recently tried to get one for a present for someone. I was told by somebody who in my opinion has a dam sight more knowledge than me that if they could find one and emphasized the if, they would reckon on about £400, stating it was a rare record. Steve

  21. There's always been wars over venues, but in this day and age of tinterweb and all this fb , Twitter shit it's all out in the open instead of being carried out over the telephone or in dingy back street pubs and clubs.. Steve

Remember coming out of Mr M,s one morning after telling Brian Rae that I would give him a lift with his record boxes back to the infamous white astra van, upon opening the back door we where greeted with about 10" of snow . That made the cobbles like ball bearings on oil. God that was fun, off our heads trying to walk in snow with those massive record boxes that Brian took everywhere at that time then we had the pleasure of digging the van out of the snow. Steve
