Think The Soul Searchers came first but will have to check that. The Soul Searchers later became Chuck Brown and the Soul Searchers with much "Go Go " fame of course Cheers Paul

Have to agree regards ahem "re-issues" that is bonkers to me. I would rather have it on CD if I can"t find/afford an original. As for high prices for more common records well that has always been the case if there is deamand. Also some of the previously common records are maybe not so common anymore ?
