Eric Lomax - Alias ?
First of all let me apologise if this has been covered before You know when you think you know and you cannot remember, I seem to have had a conversation with someone who told me this was an alias and as per usual I have forgotten and a quick search on google didn't help....The Sassy and Billy Jackson link should have told me but......no

Dr John / Mac Rebennack RIP
- Tyrone Davis - (Artist Of The Week)
Tyrone had an accident in his car and went to court in 1997 and won damages for missing shows https://caselaw.findlaw.com/il-court-of-appeals/1200884.html- Dr John / Mac Rebennack RIP
RIP Mac (great writing indeed)- Iconic Nottingham venue to close
It was actually know as "bread and lard island" in the belief that the population spend most of their money on big houses and fur coats, so they could only afford to eat bread and lard at home. (although Ken Clarke's dress sense always proved that theory incorrect) The shop you refer to was bulldozed down and all the records were buried with it !!! Is their a plastic detector me wonders.. I got my sealed Ron Matlock LP from in there and Michael Henderson LP's from Alfreton Road- Iconic Nottingham venue to close
I know but it's all getting flattened Photos inside venue here- Iconic Nottingham venue to close
Before Elton John played the Dodger Stadium, before Led Zeppelin hit and long before Bono was bothering the stage at Live Aid, these stars, amongst scores of others, were strutting their stuff on stage at a tiny Edwardian boat house, sat on the banks of the River Trent. Great iconic venue (dance floor always was a bit "wonky" though)- The Deceptions - of all the hearts - Brooks - REISSUE???
It appears that The "" label image was first release and there are 2 more without "" on a few years ago and re-issued again in 2019, maybe someone knows- Carol Anderson....What Happened ?
Thanks so much for that and what a "Sad" story it turned out to be, was Ernest Kelly (if you know) the same Ernest Kelly who owned Lake records (I think he was from Carolina so I might have the wrong guy) I knew of the 2 releases on Mid-Town, interestingly (I think) was this release as well (completely off-tangent)- Ernest Baker - Label Variation ?
Catalogue number, my apologies should have put on both A side images- Ernest Baker - Label Variation ?
- The Deceptions - of all the hearts - Brooks - REISSUE???

Nice interview with Jon here, I realised how much his long hair influenced others The last time I knew he was events organiser at Hardwick Hall Hotel. Sedgefield, Co. Durham, He was "still" trying to track down the illusive (if exists at all) 12 " white Demo US Promo copy of the O'Jays "I l Love Music" from all those years ago.....Top Man indeed https://daily.redbullmusicacademy.com/2016/01/jonathan-woodliffe-interview https://www.leftlion.co.uk/read/2010/november/dj-jonathan-on-rock-city-3310/- Notts.
