Looking For A Canadian Label Scan
I used to collect Canadian Reo and have had virtually every title on the label at one time or other, don't recall spellbinders coming out on Reo though but could be wrong.

Obscure - unusual Foreign Releases
Yes some amazing releases, trouble is the prices have shot up as well. I used to go to European record fairs regularly about 20 years ago and pick up some really top titles for next to nothing, i went to a fair in Utrecht about 3 years ago and the prices were unbelievable

Obscure - unusual Foreign Releases
Yes me too, a subject close to my heart. I have had most of the big foreign releases at one time or other over the years but this thread has still thrown up 1 or 2 i didn't know existed.

Canadian Sparton Label - How Rare Is It
As Harry says collecting Canadian and worldwide labels was a big passion of mine (still is to some extent). Hung around with Ronnie for many years and he introduced me to this form of collecting and it stuck. Ive had a lot of the big canadian titles over the years- mary saxton, steinways, major lance, ben aiken etc etc, Reo was a particular favourite of mine i think ive had virtually the entire series at one time or other. These days due to other commitments i dont buy as much but i still have a few canadian and others=double life-apex/bobby hebb-philips/rufus lumley-reo/paul anka-rca/chuck jackson & lou johnson-quality/julian covey-stone/ linda elliot-josie(italy)/hesitations-kapp(argentina)/ and quite a few others, in my opinion a great alternative to collecting rare soul Graham K.

Brilliant Brenda Holloway
Just like to echo what Welshruss has said, a really great night with great artists and quite cool to hear Thelma sing-Baby mine.

Canadian Issues More Or Less Than Usa Issue ?
I was thinking the same, surely they are the original release of that country. I have collected canadian issues for years and have had just about all the big sounds that came out at one time or another, i have always been under the impression that they were released in smaller quantity than the U.S.A thus making them rarer. Also they are usually a lot better quality.

I Rate This As One Of The Rarest 45's I've Ever Had
Wow Pete that is a rare one. Ive been collecting things like that on and off for 30 years and have never heard of it on that label, i knew someone who had a South-African copy once but i dont think it was backed with One in a million.
