  1. I found this locally in a Kidderminster charity shop for £1. Curiosity got the better of me , & after getting it home and removing the obviously false label on the B- side found it was the blue labelled SP reissue , with original label deliberately removed but matrix details gave it away . The Label was an original release Jamo Thomas , Bahama Mama , Part 1 on Sound Stage 1967 . With the Artist & song title probably Tipexed out & filled in with Letra set ? Would this have done for home use or to play out & deceive the soul police ? Have also found a few others so it's not a one off , and no it wasn't me .
  2. Hi Steve , your right , it now says " this episode is currently unavailable" but it was available at the time I posted . Thanks for the update, maybe someone a bit more IT , can find a link ? Or maybe recorded it & can repost . Cheers Dave
  3. This is so damn good , just dropped can't wait to get it on the deck .

  5. Unfortunately not shown on the later news bulletin , evening programme from 13.37 mins , but still worthy of a view , in fact watching it again now on the iPlayer, Colin gets a section after the rave section of the feature , mentioning all the venues etc , & the Blue Plaques all over the City .
  6. This evening's episode of Midlands Today news on the BBC , back on the Blue Plaque trail in Stoke On Trent , should follow News at Ten , if you missed it .
  7. BBC Midlands Today: Blue Plaque Feature Northern Soul on the BBC, for all the right reasons. View full article

That covers a hell of a lot that was played in the Halcyon days of Northern Soul , & still is today , & also a choice I was going to mention , (the only thing was the dress code to get in ) 😂 😂

Ede Robin x Soul Symphony, the latter every time , vocal sounds made to fit , was and still is a great instrumental.
  11. " Pretention " I think it was called , my personal favourite from the Mirwood stable , was "The Temptation Walk " instrumental proper floor filler , & for atmosphere " The Spy " The Guys From Uncle , sounded superb back then in the main room .
  12. Hopefully it will be available for all eventually, thanks Eddie
  13. Hi Steve , I have pmd you . ATB, Dave
