One of the most mental intros to a record ever....as good if not better than the Mellow Souls for me personally. Bottled allnighter magic. Anyone know what that Parliaments that was up for loads of money on ebay this weekend was like? It was on a green label and had been listed before for even more money......

'Spagetti played the nTraditions a Rugby a couple of weeks ago it cleared the floor' He played it in Madrid earlier this year (first time I heard that version out in a club) and filled it! Never can tell I suppose.

The flip of this is amazing.... Anyone know a rough current valuation?

"Traditions is no where near the parisians, it lacks bolox in vocal and dance appeal far more 'sparse' too." I think the Traditions is better as I prefer the backing, the bongos in it are brilliant. Also think the vocal is better as well, the sparseness of it is what I like. Ceratinly hear the Parisians much more....the Traditions deserves more airing. Would agree that it is in general a great song anyway.....

Yes and The Traditions on Abet is better, similar price (maybe slightly cheaper) and a lot rarer I think.

Also agree, very surprised he didn't mention this as it pisses all over 'Magic Touch' Can't believe the price he got for Jackie Edwards either! I had an absolute mint copy of this last year and struggled to get £300 for it!

Flip is a nice soul cut as well. I think Alan used to spin it sometimes at the Capitol?
