I have just seen a Dynamics (I need your love) demo on eBay, on the label there are 2 of the same signature that's so neat it's obviously a stamp, Eddie O'Jay I think it says but could be wrong, now my demo has the same 2 signatures on the label in around about the same place, Is Eddie a record store owner maybe? I'm sure someone on here will have the answers?
  4. Words can't describe how much I am shocked by this news, a nicer more amiable chap I have yet to meet, Proud to say John was my friend, but then to know him was to be his friend, Will be very sadly missed but always remembered with fondness Rest easy Biff x

  11. Recently cracked my Billy Sha Rae, thought damn that's gonna cost me 20 quid I can do without spending to replace, how out of touch am I?
  12. Before it goes to eBay or similar, I have a spare ticket for Gladys Knight at the Symphony Halls in Birmingham on Sunday the 28th of June, I am familiar with the venue and it's a decent seat, The event and probably the tour is a sell out, tickets are changing hands way above face value, I am happy to get back what I paid for it to let someone have it that will use it, Cost me £69 so £70 PayPal as gift will cover postage, PM if interested, Cheers

  14. I can never understand this, if demand is keeping a record at £xxx, then surely that is the current value of that record, it's rarity or what it was worth back in the day are irrelevant,
  15. Shared the decks with my old friend Mr Gee countless times, top man and sorely missed, speedy recovery and see you very soon
  16. If you only have those few words, how do you know it's exactly 2.29 minutes long? Or is this a quiz?

  18. I could be over thinking this, but could this not now work in favour for the 2nd seller? Offer a distraction from the first copy and now it's a free run without distractions, who knows when the next one will pop up? (I know probably next week ) all or nothing time for some now, time will tell
  19. Yes but if both are running at the same time folk may be reluctant to put a much higher bid on the first copy than the current highest bid on the later one, stuff needs to be as straightforward as is possible to maximise the potential, let em slug it out for the first one, then list the second one....
  20. Although it's still a result of sorts for the seller I can't help thinking the seller of the 2nd copy on there has shot them both in the foot
  21. Pretty sure one went through for £1300+ not too long ago
  22. Yea the other one has been on days, it's had a couple of mentions on this thread so maybe they have retracted bids to concentrate on that, Now it's down to £900 can those that have retracted bids rejoin the auction?
  23. Double post
  24. Yes that makes sense to me, and yes the seller will be gutted
