Wendell Watts "kiss A Good Thing Goodbye (Reforee)
Hi Franc Hope you well. I have Guy's old copy. Guy had a few records for sale at the stall in Afflecks in MCR some time in the early - mid 9T's. Think Rod even lent me the money to buy it so Guy could get paid there and then! Yes played it at Bidds about a year ago and it cleared the floor and somewhere else that i played recently and it bombed! Perhaps the people there didn't go to Tony's etc so don't know it or can't remember it. Cheers Phil

Your Best "blind" Buy
Bonjour Julie Hope you well. Not sure where my copy ended up - if the one Ian had had a slight mark on lable then that is my old copy or Alex might have mine. Can't remember! DOH! Take it easy and say hello to Dave. Cheers Phil ps another one was £18 for Hytones bigger and better at a record fair in MCR. Cost me bit more to buy one back a wee while ago. Bet gonna cost me a bit to get a jades back now too! Regret selling some bits over the years but they paid for other bits.

When I first started work in 1987after leaving college a bloke there used to get a blues list. He said might be some soul on it. Got the Jades Lucky fellow on mode for 50p. Only knew the Jades on nitelife so thought might be soul. They also had Jimmy Robbins on british but that had gone for £1.50. Cheers Phil

Dont Waste Your Time
Hi Benji Yeah that rings a bell now. It was mentioned to me by someone when I had the record (which was probably 15 years ago) that it was a version of shamettes. Think that was just idle chit-chat at a nighter and probably is a different song. Cheers phil

Dont Waste Your Time
Hi I don't have the record anymore (so might be wrong) but think the other side of Sinceres Girl I love you on Pzzazz is a version. Cheers Phil

Phil Wainwright Current C/u For Sale
Hi Andy Sorry for delay, been a while since played it out so had to go through a few boxes to find it. Had it a good few years myself. Not the most soulful tune but sounds great loud in a nighter! Always had people dance and ask what it is. Hope this clip helps you get a sale. Cheers Phil charlie grace coverup.mp3
