I don't see why a TJ song can't be a soul record. If the vocal are soulful and the backing is soulful then to me it qualifies. So TJ is a successful pop singer who has sung some soul records. What is the problem with that? Paul

I have to agree with you re his grading system - what the hell is the difference between a EX, EX+ and an EX++ ???????????????? From my point of view I say on my list that anything without a grade next to it is either M- or EX. Then it's a straight VG+, VG & G. I like the EX grade 'cos it really does mean it's a VERY clean record where as the VG+ banner is used too often for 'anything else' - could be great or could be sh*te. Paul Capon
