Absolutely bang on Pete, and I know people are pinning their hopes on the foreign markets having em but once the UK scene collapses(which is the focal point of it all) then that'll be the end of it..IMO...Still,like TOAD says,enjoy while it lasts. As for a collection, only have approx 300 or so singles,used to have more but down sized but now own many records I used to only dream of having.Play em a lot. What does 10,000 records look like? I'd view owning that lot as a real liability...A mill stone around my neck

I dunno, you've lost me..Who cares anyway... i like loads of records that have been branded pop. Loved Joey Delorenzo when I first heard it then soon found myself thinking "god,not again" when played.Many soul greats have had the same effect on me too.

Not aimed at you chalky, just this record fell foul of the same old tiresome too white/too poppy thing.

Big for Kenny Burrell as I remember, considered far too poppy and white sounding by all the soul snobs Great northern,liked it when first heard it but soon found it irritating.
