Per R & B Indies.

005 Sam Frazier - "I don't want another love/I got to tell somebody"

008 Chris Jones - "Destination unknown/I'm the man"

010 Frank Hudson - "Big man/Old man me"

027 June Nelson - "Open the doors/A woman's prayer"

030 The Leggett Brothers - "Jericho Road/Lord help me to stand"

056 Sam Frazier - "I've been hurt/Don't spread the love around"

057 Nickey King & B'ham Rhythm Section - "Hey judge/Now that you've gone"

061 Ebony Essence - "Unsatisfied man/Let me in"

Frank Hudson in the above listing should be Frank Hutson.

005 in the above listing should probably be 055.

Additions:

001 - Ollie Collins Jr. - Too Close / ?

007 - Cleo Page - Goodie Train (part 1) / Goodie Train (part 2)

015 - Lolla Collins - Save The Children / Me And My Junkey Man

018 - Rudy Ludaway - Soul Ville U.S.A. / Some Body Could Charge You

024 - Mighty Christian Soldiers - Jesus / A Prayer

033 - Papa's Children - If Papa Is A Pute Butt / Angel's Groove

055 - Sam Frazier Jr. - I Don't Want Another Love / I Got To Tell Somebody

060 - Tiny Watkins - Run, Run, Run (What Is My Life) / Cradle of Love

150 - Cleo Page - Hamburger / Jason & The Magic's - Hamburger

The knowlwdge you guys have is incredible ! Thanks and keep em coming

Hi Rob

In addition I have:

014 Marsha Wilson "Whole Lotta Woman" / "O.D. Blues (Good Loving Man)"

(the same artist as on the great Quadrastone 45?)

Also the Las Vegas subsidiary:

LV-0100 Fantastic Mainstream "Play That Funky Style Black Man" / "Let's Be Friends"

I have 032 - The Kingdom Seekers "doing your thing"/"oh jehovah"

and surprisingly, judging by the titles alone, "oh jehovah" is the better side.. a nice tune.

024 - Mighty Christian Soldiers - Jesus / A Prayer

Great record - heavy midtempo raw soul cut that some might dub 'gospel funk'. Very tough to source a copy too.

that description fits The Kingdom Seekers record as well. And either my pressing is bad, or it sounds like it were recorded in someones basement laundry room haha.

I really like that Chris Jones 45, I always forget about it, then come across it in my shelves, play it & think, "I need to remember this & play it more often", then promptly forget all about it for the next year or so wink.gif

Brilliant double sider, nice soulful floater on one side and a real up front funk side on the other "I'm the man"

Great record :)

Think that came from me as there are three different formats that I know. Frank Hutson (White), Frank Hutson (Orange) and Frank Hutton (White)
