All is not as it seems its not in Japan its in France and yes he is from marseilles. His user Id is listed as japan but he's not there. This guy does buy and sell soul 45s but does rip people off a few times a year. I wont mention names but a few people on here have been ripped off by him but thats upto them to tell their story.

The one that went through ebay was sold to a guy on here and it didn't arrive but he got his money back through Paypal

Just had a look at his Ebay page, even though it says Japan, there is the above stating "France" as well.

This needs reporting to ebay. I'm sure someone on here will be conversent with what to do!

I ended up running up a blind alley as well a few hundred pounds in fees, it really started to take over my life for a couple of weeks then I just dropped it for my own sanity I was never going to get resolution.

In fact I'm not even mad anymore I just dont want anyone to ripped off.

If you went through paypal you would have your money back by now

i've had it happen and got my money back ?

if they get a couple of reports on the same person they get struck off and they will persue them through the courts

Why is this not happening ?

Actually I just looked and was watching a couple of his items. I guess I shouldn't now. He does have positives and only one negative and it was about condition. It looks like he steals pictures from other auctions and uses them for his own item. I guess it's not worth me risking it despite him clearly not being 100% fraud (i.e., it looks like he does sell some things for real).

Probably puts Japan so that he can charge higher postage. Did the 'anoraks' see he has the following question/answer listed at bottom of listing -
