Why have posted it on here for sale ? Great novelty record BUT ....

simply cause I need money..if you're making any reference to the genre it is, well, this site seems to be open minded not just about soul..hence the presence of people selling r&b, latin and similarities to those ;) btw, just trying to make a good clearance over here ;)

So, if we think it this way, what shall we do with guys selling r&b and latin tunes on here? don't get me wrong Simsy, you're right to point out that my post doesn't suit too much to the site's poilcy..but as long as you make some criticism here, you ought to do that on every single post that has to do with other 'non soul/rare soul' records..and you can spot a few by scrolling up and down the 'sale' page..hope not to be too polemic, but I can't see any point in making a fuss out of a cheap latin record whereas keeping your mouth shut when a 'geronimo' or similars are up for grabs..that's my point of view..and yes mickeyfish58, plenty of struggles with giving it away and reducing it by the day lol

You can sell anything you like on here, I sell 80% Northern, 15% Reggae, 5% 60's beat/girls/psych.

This Andy Williams 45 was collected once upon a time along with the Earl Grant version.

But a problem with your 45 is that it has no centre, which automatically devalues it by 50%.

Crikey, you lot seriously need some excitement in your lives judging by how this has got you going...

Sorry Dave, I didn't mean to pish in your rice bowl mate.

 

R&B and Latin Soul are a part of Northern Soul and that's why they'd be listed on here, but Andy Williams.. Not even the best version of House of Bamboo. That said, Tony Blackburn was played at Wigan, but things like that don't go on now.

I was gonna say - It's better than some of the sh*te I've heard played at SOUL events.......Anyway mate - It 'hit a cord' with me, as it was played on the Mod Scene in the 80's.....and I like it (don't tell though )......

 

....and I have it sitting on my shelf still to this day - Keep it mate

that's alright, Simsy! I took it too personally maybe..thought it was a 'musical genre' matter..well, everybody's free to express their own likes, without any kind of exception..I'll keep it posted here..if anyone is in need for it, here it goes ;) it's a good record after all..wouldn't dare to compare it with monster ones, but still does the job imo
