February 12, 201510 yr Where is the best/cheapest place to get 7"/45rpm record mailers from? I use the Mail Lite Gold E/2 padded envelopes. Just the right size to fit the 45 cardboard stiffeners. I got a box of 100 off ebay delivered next day for £10.50

October 6, 20177 yr Be careful sending expensive tunes using their packs - the stiffeners are a little lack lustre even using the corrugated edges opposed (which so many people do not bother to do and it really does make such a difference).
October 6, 20177 yr Avoid having to buy them by recycling the packets from the States. Buy loads of records and keep the packaging materials - the range of boxes out there suits all sorts of consignments from single styrene records to mega-bucks 45's.
October 6, 20177 yr I cut my own inserts." - bought ones are too flimsy. I got a 7.50" x 7.25" & a 12.50" x 12.25" thick glass plate made up as my templates and after trying multiple methods found the best way to cut card is an electric bread knife!!! Edited October 9, 20177 yr by Paul Capon
