They also put out an 8 Track 10" E.P. same year called FAB-U-LUS Northern Soul (FBUBX012)

Are they legit Rick? 

Would have thought so if the picture sleeve of the 10" EP is anything to go by and the sleeve notes by Glenn Gunton,  don't know much about Sanctuary Records as a company but it was Bar Coded etc and looks legit. AND Sleeve design was done by Glen@Joeboy.co.uk

I bought my copy of the 8 track EP at the time for the Leonie track Silly Love Games which was an un-issued Modern Soul track, and it must have been quite ltd. as it soon disappeared, and like all the other stuff on the label not re pressed.  

The parent company of Sanctuary is BMG. 

Those are 100% legit and really hard to get hold of as well.
