When I'm on eBay I look at an item and then click on "visit store" or "see other items". About half the time it says the seller has no other items and yet when I look at the next item on the main page it's an item from the same seller....so they obviously do have more items. I've also sometimes clicked on the sellers ID and seen they have more items for sale but when I click " see all items " again from the sellers ID page it stil says they have no further items and yet I can see from their summary and thumbnail photos of the records that they do have more items.

This even happens with UK sellers not just US.

I'm a bit stumped with this. Anyone got any ideas ?

Yip thats happened to me a good few times thought it was a bug in the android app.

Thats been happening to me on U.S ebay for about 3 months ..very odd, aint a clue how to fix it

EvilBay 'COVID' bug. Nothing we can do. Only them can fix that.

This started happening with me afew months ago, dosen't seem to be a problem if you save the dealer and/or save a particular 45 they are selling, then you can usually view the rest of their items.

Always happens to me if I click on a saved sellers email alert but if I go direct to them off the app, never happens, this been like this for years, even when I’ve changed my phone so I know it’s not the operating system, just an eBay anomaly I guess
