There's a german DJ Box supplier which has nice bags; light, different sizes and a really good protection for the records...

Ask Paul McKay....SITC01 on here..... he has a perfect light-weight box but very strong because i think it is in fact a tool box from B&Q or the like....

The B&Q boxes are far too big I would have thought for hand luggage?

Having said that possibly they do a small size ?

How many hours are you DJing for?.......50 records takes two and a half hours to play!!!!

I've carried Paul's box with maybe 120 records in and it's much lighter than a metal and timber one.

or these- looks a bit rubbish in picture, but i have one and they are OK - very light, and they are well padded.

Have to say they look good at a reasonable price, but how sturdy are they ? Anybody use one ?

they can be that sturdy Dave or they would cost a fair bit more but might be ok for hand luggage.
