Tony, sorry mate, your not the first old friend (or the last) to say where the hell was my list 1000.

We printed 1000 and sent them to everyone who had ordered twice or more this year or subscribed. As much as I love ya, you can't have ordered much over the last 8 months, otherwise you would have been sent a copy.

We couldn't think of any other way to segrate the good customers, for the "thank you" listing.

We do apologise to anyone who we "missed" from the mailshot, who has supported us over the years.

Although we noticed Tony, that every 45 you've ever bought from me has been 1/2 price!

Bit of a sickener this John, I have been dealing with you for close on 26 years and I also thought I met the criteria through the number of purchases this year, I spent the bulk of my insurance money with you when I had my records stolen in 1981 and still no list 1000 for me, ok I may not have spent many many thousands of pounds but I would have thought steady business would have counted for something. please remove me from your mailing list.
