November 27, 200717 yr its looking like the demo is tougher? I haven't got either DEMO or Stock Copy, but there's a scan on PopSike.com Just wondering, are they all East Coast, or are there West Coast & East Coast Versions. Edited November 27, 200717 yr by 45cellar
November 28, 200717 yr its looking like the demo is tougher? Must admit I've seen more WD's than stockers over the years. Never seen any West Coast presses, mind.
November 28, 200717 yr Must admit I've seen more WD's than stockers over the years. Never seen any West Coast presses, mind. Thanks, I was Just wondering If any of these were Officially Issued for Sale. The Two Chubby Checker almost 100% No. Chubby Checker - "You Just Don't Know" - West Coast DEMO Only apart from an East Coast Test Press. Chubby Checker - "Looking At Tomorrow" - West Coast DEMO & East Coast DEMO Only ( When I first looked for this one, I assumed there would be a Stock Copy - Never Seen One?) Yvonne Baker - "You Didn't Say A Word" Christine Cooper - "Heartaches Away My Boy" Janie Grant - "My Heart Your Heart" Vickie Baines - "Country Girl" - East Coast DEMO & Stock Copy. These appear to have lost their way a bit at the Promotion Stage. with many of the other releases on the Label so common, and yet the ones we collect are so difficult. November 28, 200717 yr Author Although the quantity of stock copies has grown sharper over the last ten years. Thats the impression i get. In the last 8 years seen one demo for sale and bought the next week Pete smith sold an issue and only seen one issue for sale two weeks ago only guessing the issues turned a bit later and now outnumber the demos a bit like al williams on palmer probably out numbering the labeat copies now although all are rare
