Great fun, and good to meet some of you at the night as well! I highly recommend Function - Helena, Jonte, and Joppe all play really great stuff - plus their forthcoming guest lineup is stellar... https://www.clubfunction.com In case anyone was curious, here are the setlists from my three sets - it is really a soul night, but I snuck in funk set at the end (mostly soulful funk, until I banged around a little at the end). Really nice to meet you Honky! You played some utterly fabulous tunes. Especially Tommy Dent, Love Experience, Valdons, Hifidelics (what a total wreck of a tune!), Ellipsis, Gene Toones, Butlers (JEEZUS! nice Rouser copy you've got there... ), Grey Imprint and Valdons. The funk set also fitted in perfectly I think, truly terrific stuff. I couldn't be happier with the night, great music, great people, great atmosphere. This is what keeps an organiser going.
