That's always been my favourite too Chalky Have got the LP along with a number of the tracks on the LP on 45. What's always struck me as strange is the fact all the songs that were released on single are all different cuts than the ones on the album ...... Good album though i must say!

Never forget working overtime one night and was listening to John Peel .... when he played Charles Thomas - "Man with the Golden Touch" - Loma. Anything remotely 'soul like' always sounds great .... and probably more soulful than it is .... when it's played on mainstream radio. So you can imagine how good this sounded. Gave me a bit of a boost anyway!

I've got this Dave ...... had it years. You're right about it not being that well known. Which has always surprised me seings as all his other stuff is so well known on the scene. Top tune though ....... known or unknown
