Thought it was supposed to be an individual thing ?? "You don't need to Dance like me. You don't NEED to dance like anybody. You are all individuals" " YES; WE ARE. WE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS !!" " I'm not". With apologies to Brian Cohen T
  3. Which leads to a question I've never had an answer to. IF styli are manufactured from Diamond, how does playing soft vinyl wear them out ??? Tony
  4. Bunny Sigler-Will you Love me tomorrow- Odd choice I'd have said. tony
  5. If we re examine Krissiis' statement-the implication is that OVO supporters are out to make money on ther OVO. Well-unless they have multiple copies of big ticket tunes ( hardly likely), surely the booters with 1000s of copies at a tenner are gonna please the bank manager more. Tony
  6. It's all quite sad really, people that do care, not wanting to go out anymore. I've a couple of mates that are bginning to feel the same way. I still believe that all the nostalgia freaks living in the past, never a had a past. ATB Tony
  7. I like a giggle as much as the next man, specially if the next man is Tommy Cooper But, what got me first interested was The Music. Music, that you couldn't hear on the radio, in the local meat market or at the end of your street. When I glance at some of the lookbacks I have to wonder what I missed--I have to be honest, I like to see what was played -not where the best chip shop is, who's selling bargain handbags or who sh*gged a stranger. Perhaps that's why I choose not to attend. ATB Tony
  8. Oh Grant, you need to get in"our place" earlier Having said that, some nice tunes on there that could do with a bit more exposure T
  9. In what context though, I absolutely love the slower soulful stuff George Freeman and the like, but they wouldn't get a night bouncin' would they ?? Tony
  10. I'm quite sure that my tongue was definitely somewhere near my cheek.... T
  11. So long as it was their copy,, Job Done Tony
  12. At the end of the day, I don't know why you were shocked at the lowest common denominator event you attended. You must have known what you were signing up for when you bought the tickets. Nobody ever got rich by over estimating public taste. T
  13. Isn't everywhere these days ??? T
  14. I'll tell you what gets up my goat. In the olden days-when something got pressed the value of the original dropped like a stone. Not any more... T
  15. Think you might be being a tad harsh here. After all, it's hard enough to start a new night up, surely you're not expected to have Real records as well ??? Tony
