Yes Mace, I seem to recall you made a flyer out of it for one of the R & S Society bashes many many moons ago!!! It was the Thom McCann competition - the punters had to complete "I Like to walk soft because....." I wonder what the winning entry was??! I've also got a picture sleeve of Roy C "Gone Gone" on original German Metronome which I picked up for a couple of marks whilst inter-railing in Germany as a student . Will dig out later and put a scan up. Anyone else seen this??

Apparently Howard Guyton was an accomplished mountaineer. "I Watched You Slowly Slip Away" was reference to a tragic mountaineering accident where the lead climber fell and despite Howard hanging on to the rope for some 8 and a half hours in arctic conditions, his frost bitten fingers eventually gave way and his fellow climber slipped away in all senses of the word(s).
