Betty Wright
No, that's a later version and not the same as on the italian 45. The version on the italian 45 can be found on the "...Explosion...!" LP on Alston (#4402) from 1976.

I've attached scans of the italian 45 below. Manship auctioned a copy a couple of months ago for £347.

After Some Info On This Tune
Yes, that's 100%. Don't have a copy myself, but have seen a scan. Manship even mentions it on his site.

After Some Info On This Tune
It was originally released on VIRGITONE in the mid-60s. The COSMIC release is a reissue from the mid-70s (1976 if I remember correctly). Have no idea what an original copy goes for, but the reissue can be bought pretty much any week of the year on eBay for $20-$40.

Darondo/ruby Andrews Set Sale
Do you happen to have a scan of this? Don't think I've ever seen a vinyl copy of this record, only styrene ones. Would be great to know if vinyl copies exists as well.

Helene Smith - Thrills & Chills
Might be of interest that there are two different label variations of the original vinyl LLOYD release as well. Don't know which one was first, but they have got differing publishing details and one of them credits The Rocketeers as the backing band. I have a feeling that the "Tree Pub" was the very first issue, but I'm not 100% sure.

There's about 2 days left on these auctions now.

Art Freeman Fame
The record in the scan above looks like it's pressed on styrene, not vinyl. It would surprise me if it's vinyl as you can clearly see the edge of the paper label in the scan (vinyl have moulded labels).

The Boo Koo Logo
I think so. I've only ever seen the Bob Smith and Final Seconds 45s on that label. BOO-KOU 421 - Bob Smith & The Boo-Kou's - What Do It Mean / That Thing Is Green BOO-KOU 422/423 - Final Seconds - Lost On A Highway / Society Does anyone know of any other releases?

Jimmy Lomax - Come On Home - Cab
Thirded! A great gritty tune with a nice funky edge. The CAB release was first, then it came out on CAMILLE and as Adam wrote above, the sound quality on the CAB copies are superior. Sorry, don't have a copy for sale at the moment.

"if I Could Only Be Sure"
Horses for courses!

"if I Could Only Be Sure"
Not strange as it was Little Feat who played on the backing tracks on both his Lizard and ABC stuff. Great group.

Joe Walker
You are right, I thought you were refering to the $125-copy on eBay that was mentioned above which is listed as MINT. Craig has got 2 VG+ copies in stock. His VG+ tends to be what most people consider to be M- in my experience.

Plair "brother Man On The Corner" 45
You probably would get a better response on the funk forum or on eBay. £60 is a good price for a M- copy of this 45.
-
Luther Ingram
It's a seriously rare 45 (probably Luther's rarest) so I don't know why it should be a cheapie? I sold a copy a while ago that looked scratchy but played great for about £140. That was cheap as far as I'm concerned.

Oh My Goodness
Apple Corps. it seems. But one could argue that, as the recording is 50 years old, it's now "public domain". Don't think the interested parties would agree though...

Expressions On Federal
Yes, a lot of people probably know it as it was included on one of the "King Northern Soul" CDs from Kent/ACE. Not the easiest King/Federal 45 to track down, but not especially in-demand either it seems, so it usually goes for £15-£25. Would go for more if it was popular. Great vibes-heavy ballad b-side as well!

Tamla Motown Sampler Eps

Uk Motown Picture Sleeves
Can't stop laughing at this one... Would be good if they at least got the title right... They all look horrible to me. What a complete and utter waste of time and effort. The mind boggles.
