Showmen / The Wrong Girl
Why? The Imperial release is a reissue from 1964. The original release is on Minit from 1962. No matter how rare the US Imperial or UK London releases are, they shouldn't be of much interest if you're into having tunes on their first issue. In my opinion ofcourse.

Family Of Eve - Please Be Truthful
Why is their other 45 hardly ever mentioned? It contains another good dancer in my opinion.

It's fairly hard to find, but crops up for sale every now and then both on eBay and on this forum. Ususally goes for about £100-£150 on lists and £75-£125 on eBay. Still seems to be strangely unknown to people despite being comped on the "Money Vol. 1" CD.

Here's a demo copy: The copy above sold a couple of days ago on eBay for £13.50 (in less than mint condition). A properly listed mint copy which would've mentioned the in-demand side, "I've Been Hurt By Love", would probably have sold for more. Do a google search for it and you'll find set sale copies for about £15-£20.

Johnny Watson - Looking Back - Escort
Nice bopping "new breed r&b" type of tune. John Mayall recorded a version of it in the 60s and Dr. Feelgood did it in the 70s. Lots of other artists have recorded it as well.

Mine has also got the Nashville Matrix stamp, is pressed on thick vinyl and sounds superb. Not that it has to mean anything, but I didn't get mine from Pittsburgh. Bought it at the same time as my yellow Pameline copy back in October 2001. The yellow one cost me $4 and the pink one cost me $8... Ah, the days of finding this kind of records by just doing a simple google search! It still happens from time to time, but they are fewer and farer inbetween.

Geno Washington On Uk Pye
I sold an original copy of the EP on eBay yesterday and it ended at $37. Which was quite cheap in my opinion.

Ripple Blast Singers - Sadie Sadie
Can someone here who's got the "right" version post up the matrix numbers for each side of the LP? And the matrix details for the "wrong" version would also be great.
-
Ripple Blast Singers - Sadie Sadie
You can only see which version it is by looking at the matrix numbers as far as I'm aware.
