  1. Using your logic I could easily pass off any soul compilation album that features non-LP tracks as the first LP release for them. Making it legit to play them out.
  2. IMO It's a reissue done for the scene. Up to you if you want to play it out.

  8. Just a simple question to you guys: Is it really important to know who is behind that YT channel? If yes, please justify why. If not, please move on.

  10. I buy my dividers from protected.de: https://protected.de/en/single-dividers-white-2021 25 pieces @ €7,90 plus post. Don't know about shipping costs to NL. But I highly recommend that store. I get all my 7" and 12" stuff from them. Paper sleeves, plastic sleeves, cardboard sleeves, mailers etc.
  11. Buy 3 or all and post is free.
  12. It does say "ignorance is a bliss" đŸ¤£ I seriously doubt anyone would have paid that amount of money had they known it's most likely a pressing.
  13. have you actively searched? đŸ˜‰ They are all here: https://www.discogs.com/de/label/51522-Kent-Records
  14. I'd think it's the way round. What makes you think this is not a boot? Everything about this 45 screams "pressing". And not make matters worth both sides aren't that good either.
  15. Just my opinion, but a 2k record with no labels wouldn't be worth much to me. 25% or 500 quid max. Why? Because basically all you have is a shiny black disc. It has the correct run out groove details ok. But when you look at it, all the beauty is gone. And sticking on a colour copy label would only make it look like a home made carver.
  16. Jermaine Jackson - She's the ideal girl - Tamla-Motown £25 SOLD Underrated 70s dancer. No US 45 release. 17. Sorry, bullshit. Just checked Discogs. Latest confirmed sale was $700. Promo.
  18. Thanks. As said didn't know it. And now that I checked the credits on some of their other Deram 45s it seems that all of them were UK productions. You learn something new every day đŸ˜‰
  19. Sorry for hijacking this thread. But seeing that Nothing but a heartache was written and produced by two Brits, is it actually a british production? Might be old news to most of you but not to me if it was.
  20. Not sure if Voices is a boot, for sure it's not a first press. According to Discogs "3w" but no ARCHER stamp copies are originals: "Originals also exist without the matrix stamp but taken from the same master plate. These have the same 3w mark in the run-out" https://www.discogs.com/de/release/2110059-Eddie-Parker-2-Billy-Sha-Raes-Soul-Congress-Band-Love-You-Baby Any idea what the "3w" mark actually looks like?
  21. As said before Midniters was before Servicemen and everything but boring. Wonderful full blown vocal group lowrider tune.
  22. Quite a nice tune. Amateur-ish production but haunting in a way. But is it really that good to be covered up? Not for me.
  23. Original version is by Gene McDaniels and unreleased at the time isn't it?
  24. It's not just the line ups of those shows that I find amazing, it's also design and layout of the posters. Awesome. From a design perspective my favourites are the Soul Turkey Show and Battle of the Soul Groups. What's yours?
  25. Fun fact: The scan of "my heart will understand" in the respective Discogs entry is clearly vinyl: https://www.discogs.com/de/release/4673995-Linda-Jones-I-Just-Cant-Live-My-Life-Without-You-Babe-My-Heart-Will-Understand
