I was there 4 and a half hours, I never heard any Latin. You played a great set Joan as well as Dave Thorly, and Ted Massey a credit to the rare scene. Cheers Billy

Hi Tommo, Also fair do's to you your right what you say about the music the vibes are there then you tend to dance to the music much better in my opinion, ive been watching your dancing display on the new film coming out its a great stepping stone for youngsters. Your timing, also your accuracy and strength is spot on. Also your right their are a lot of good dancers out there i cant see the northern scene ever ending especially with the youngsters coming in only a few but the numbers will build up. Keep on keeping on. Cheers Billy.- What Makes A Good Dancer Great?
Hey up Tommo. I didn't realise that was you, total respect. Jethro was a top dancer in my book. I can remember coming outside Wigan early hours in the morning, i went to my motor and sitting in the car next to mine Jethro was sitting in a mini in the passenger seat holding his knee, he was definitely in pain, i say 'you outta get down the hospital', he said 'i might mate but not looking like this' lol. Cheers Billy Ps. definitely Cartilage out.- Original Or Re-Issue (Aka Pressings) On Ebay
Hi Nev. Can you remember a couple of years ago i had that record from the pages. A well known dj wanted it but he couldn't the venue that night so he got Ted Massey and Rob Smith to check it out, i wanted 125 pound for it. To find out it was a boot which i believed them cause they know there stuff. So a few weeks later i put it on ebay, had about 14 bids for it, i didn't put a boot, a re-issue or original. Including postage it went for 295 to a japanese buyer. He was asking about the matrix number which i gave him. Cut the story short, he got back to me a couple of weeks later saying he was really pleased, he had it checked out, it was original. Cheers Billy- What Makes A Good Dancer Great?
