  3. Pray tell Russ. A cover up naming session with Shifty bet that was fun love his madness !
  4. Yes they are both reissues or possibly boots, the original of Johnny styles is on a pink st. Laurence label, there is a look alike boot from the 7ts, and way to tell them apart is simply the original has a Chicago address at the bottom boot does not, plus the paper used for the boot is a tad more shiny but you would not notice that unless you got both side by side, boot 15 quid, original now fetches 150, used to be a tenner ! mal
  5. Unfortunately the you tube clip was blocked for the uk, why I’ve no idea, but I don’t know of a more depressed soul man than Virgil Griffin - Forgotten lover he got the blues, reached for the bottle and swollowed the pills ! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3jlTym0ygDo
  6. God dam ! These are hard... Artistics has my vote as that’s the version I first heard, can somebody say when these were played, which first etc... seem to think the Bashie 45 was aWigan spin, I’ve heard that somewhere fast becoming my favourite feature on here, what it’s all about init Mal
  7. Disagree it’s My type of picture, it’s very good, I’m more interested in visual puns and classic editorial type images, a small escursion into simple reflection, symatary and shadow is what makes photography i think...
  8. I put Kenny gamble, them scrolled up. Doh!
  9. Only when I hold them upto the sun seriously though, no effect as far as I can see but that depends where you keep em. I would not handle pressings too long as they might warp, and under no circumstance put them in your car.. m

  21. Love this track but always wondered why Charles didn’t go for it earlier in the song, that last 40 or so seconds just hints at another level, and it finishes.... still I would not sell it m
  22. Spanner in the works? Clearly Edwin, and that’s where I sent my vote, however we should concider the includion of the Donnie inst with girlie backing? That’s the white / green label Sound impression release? Also seen an acetate from Mick Smith some years back called Lebron Strings. Its a separate audio experience all on its own, we need to discuss this.... laughs malcolm
