  1. I haven't seen none with labels right way. It was comped on a cd by Goldmine and it's credited Call On Me but plays the "Sorry" side.
  2. I've seen it listed as a Detroit label but according to R&B Indies out of Pittsburg, PA. Address is 621 Emlin Street. Another Millage out of Chicago too.
  3. Sounds like the one I posted in refosoul, about 15 seconds missing from the 45. Also released as The Presentations on AMM, it's a bit faster and extra horns and harmonies in it if I remember rightly.
  4. It came out of Motown on an acetate. Here's a scan posted by Andy Rix couple of months ago... reckon there's about 5 mixes of this.

I bet you watched out all the way through though
  7. A record that rarely turns up and would have though lot more than the guide price?
  8. Paypal has never yet taken funds from my bank account. It has taken it from my paypal account then credit card. Usually credit cards cause rarely any funds in the paypal account. You can register as many credit cards as you wish and specify which card is to be used to pay for goods.
  9. I'd agree Marc, last one I saw for cash was either 7 or 800 quid. Whether it's worth that is another argument.
  10. There's three topics on here where we did the labels (or as many as we could name/think of) for Chicago, Detroit and New York. I can send you the lists as excel files if any good.

Too late Brett me thinks. Just thought others might be interested in where/why/why etc. I knew of it's use in records before vinyl etc and of its use in paints, varnish etc. Couldn't remember where it came from so rechecked

If you haven't already flip the Richard Marks over, that is the side that is collectable over here, nice find
  15. Link for Chris's earlier topic he posted as download...
  16. The Kat45 doesn't even credit Motown which if under licence you would think it would do so, it's a boot as far as I know, albeit a good one. It says "Pirate Soul" in the YT write up. Info from "Don't Forget The Motor City"...... Stormy (Buddy Buie-James Cobb) publ. He is as long as you put Chicago singer or summat in the search otherwise all you get is links about a film with a monkey in it
  24. I remember Andy Dyson giving it some spins not so long ago, both though it would go down well but it was clearing the floor even at oldies night, Brighouse one, we were gobsmacked.
